Bi’Du Khaale Housing Project
Location: Cloverdale, CA
Client: Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians
Currently in development, the Bi’Du Khaale housing project is a thoughtfully planned community in Cloverdale designed to serve Dry Creek Rancheria’s tribal members. The landscape design supports the vision for a vibrant, inclusive neighborhood by integrating ecological sensitivity, cultural values, and functional beauty.
The project includes 25 senior homes, a community center, and a playground, all connected through a cohesive landscape that prioritizes native planting, sustainable stormwater strategies, and inviting outdoor spaces for gathering, rest, and play.
As the project evolves, we continue to work closely with Dry Creek Rancheria to ensure the landscape reflects the land’s heritage while supporting the health and well-being of its future residents.
