Land Culture (then ABLA) led the design and project management for Phase 1 of Riverside Park Improvements focused on increased public access to the Russian River and restoration of riverbanks and flood terraces.  In partnership with Landscape Architect Warren McClung, Ann created a new park masterplan, engaged stakeholder groups and wrote a successful 1M grant application for Phase 2 of the project.
