Land Culture (then ABLA) partnered with West County Health Centers to deliver the landscape design for the new Russian River Health Center in Guerneville. Working collaboratively with the project’s architectural and engineering teams, we developed concept plans, permit-ready documents, and detailed construction drawings to support a resilient, welcoming site that serves both staff and patients.

The design emphasizes healing outdoor spaces, native and drought-tolerant planting, and thoughtful integration with the surrounding riverfront environment. We provided full support through bidding assistance, construction administration.
